Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Request
Within 15 days of delivery, please email our dedicated Customer Care team at [email protected].
- Subject Line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Include: Your order number, product name (e.g., “Chenille Area Rug – 8×10”, “All-weather Wicker Patio Chair”), and the reason for your request.
- Please confirm that the item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

2 Receive Instructions
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for sending the item back to us. Please do not ship any items without an RMA number.
3 Package and Ship
Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping service. We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt.
4 Inspection and Processing
Once received, our quality team will inspect the return within 3-5 business days to ensure it meets our return conditions.
5 Completion
- For Returns: Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately.
- For Exchanges: The replacement will be shipped once the return is approved. If the item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
To ensure health, safety, and product integrity for all our customers, the following items from our curated menu are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Artificial Greenery & Artificial Plants: Due to their nature and to maintain hygiene standards.
- Bed Pillows & Bedding (if the hygiene seal is broken or removed): For health and sanitary reasons, these can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact.
- Personalized, Custom-made, or Final Sale Items: These will be clearly marked as such on the product page.
- Gift Cards.
